To create the spinach and cashew nut idli, start by preparing your idli batter. you can either make it at home or use store-bought batter for convenience.
Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes. drain and let it cool.
Once the spinach has cooled down, blend it into a smooth puree using a food processor or blender.
In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach puree, red chilli powder, a pinch of garam masala, and salt. mix these ingredients well.
Now, add the spinach mixture to the idli batter and stir until it's uniformly incorporated.
