Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit (190 degrees celsius) and grease a baking sheet with cooking oil spray. set it aside.

Gently remove the stems from the mushrooms, keeping the caps and stems separate. wash and clean the mushroom caps, then pat them dry with a kitchen paper towel.

Arrange the mushroom caps on the greased baking sheet, rounded side down. bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.

Finely chop the mushroom stems.

Heat a pan and add 2 teaspoons of olive oil. when the oil is hot, add the onions, chopped mushroom stems, and garlic. stir fry on medium-high heat until the onions and mushrooms become soft.
