To begin making the nutty cracked wheat delight, heat ghee in a saucepan.
Add the mixed nuts, including cashews and pistachios. saut„© for a minute, then transfer the nuts to a plate.
In the same saucepan, add cracked wheat (dalia) and roast it until it releases a distinct aroma. remove it from the heat.
Allow the roasted cracked wheat to cool slightly, and then pressure cook it with basmati rice and 2 1/2 to 3 cups of water until it becomes soft (approximately 3 whistles and 10 minutes on low heat).
In another saucepan, combine the cooked cracked wheat, fresh coconut, and jaggery. heat the mixture until the jaggery dissolves. add a little water if needed.
