To prepare the nutty corn puri delight, combine the degermed yellow corn meal, whole wheat flour, flaxseed meal, carom seeds, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil to the mixture and gradually add water while kneading the dough. knead until you achieve a stiff and pliable dough.
Let the dough rest for about 15 to 20 minutes, covered with a damp cloth.
After resting, divide the dough into small portions and roll them into balls.
Roll out each ball into a round puri, ensuring a medium thickness.
