Start by roasting the oats in a wok or heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. roast until they become crisp and turn a light golden color. remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add the pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and walnuts to the pan. roast them for about 5 minutes until they become fragrant and slightly toasted.
Next, add the dried dates, raspberries, and raisins to the pan along with the honey and vanilla extract. mix well and continue to roast for another couple of minutes.
Sprinkle in the cinnamon and nutmeg powder, followed by the roasted oats and wheat flakes. use a spatula to mix everything thoroughly, ensuring that the oats and wheat flakes are coated with the flavors.
