To prepare this delicious nutty ragi delight, soak the ragi in water for at least 12 hours. also, get ready with the other ingredients.
In a saucepan, melt the jaggery with 1 cup of water to form a syrup-like consistency.
Strain the jaggery syrup through a sieve to remove any impurities.
In a tadka pan, heat 2 tablespoons of ghee and fry the cashew nuts until they turn golden. set them aside.
Drain the water from the soaked ragi using a sieve and remove any excess water.
