To start preparing the nutty wheat churma ladoo, take a large bowl and combine the wheat flour and 1/2 cup of melted ghee. mix well until you achieve a texture resembling bread crumbs.
Gradually add a small amount of milk at a time and knead the mixture to form a stiff dough.
Knead the dough by hand for about 5 minutes to ensure it becomes firm and pliable.
Shape the dough into balls, each about 2 inches in diameter, using the palms of your hands. the balls should be compact and not break or crumble easily.
Preheat the remaining ghee in a kadai over medium heat, ensuring it doesn't reach the smoking point.
