To prepare the nutty millet delight, start by roasting the yellow moong dal in a pan over medium heat until a light aroma is released. avoid browning the dal.
In a pressure cooker, combine the roasted moong dal, foxtail millet, jaggery, and cardamom powder.
Add 2 cups of water, cover the pressure cooker, and cook until you hear one whistle.
After the first whistle, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally.
