To prepare the nutty green chickpea delight, start by heating a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat and adding a tablespoon of clarified butter (ghee).
Add the ground green chickpeas mixture and stir continuously for about 7-8 minutes until they are cooked and fragrant.
Add jaggery and cardamom powder to the mixture and keep stirring until the excess moisture is absorbed and the mixture transforms into a non-sticky halwa consistency.
Turn off the heat.
