To make the vegan chocolate almond pudding, sift the cocoa powder to remove any lumps.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sifted cocoa powder, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
Gradually add the almond milk to the dry ingredients and stir well to ensure there are no lumps.
Place the mixture over medium heat in a saucepan and bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan and to prevent lumps.
Once the mixture starts boiling, reduce the flame to medium-low.
