How To Cook?

Start by peeling the skin of the carrots and finely grating them. set aside.

Heat a heavy-bottomed pan and add half a cup of ghee. fry the assorted nuts until they turn golden brown. keep them aside.

In the same pan, add the sugar and grated carrots. cook on low heat for about 5 minutes or until the sugar melts, stirring occasionally.

Continue to cook the mixture on medium flame until the color of the carrots turns deep orange and the mixture thickens (approximately 10 to 12 minutes).

Reduce the flame and add the remaining ghee. cook for another 5 to 6 minutes or until the carrots are fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
