In a mixing bowl, combine the semolina (sooji) and rice flour.
Gradually add water and mix to form a smooth batter. the batter should have a slightly thick consistency.
Add salt to taste and mix well. allow the batter to rest for about 15-20 minutes.
While the batter is resting, finely chop the tomato, yellow bell pepper, and onions.
Heat a non-stick pan or skillet and lightly grease it with sunflower oil.
