To embark on the journey of crafting tropical pineapple and semolina delight, commence by heating ghee in a kadhai. add semolina to the hot ghee.
Stir the semolina continuously until it attains a beautiful golden brown hue.
Now introduce the chopped pineapple into the mix, and ensure it's evenly incorporated. cover the kadhai with a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the water and give the mixture a gentle stir to prevent any lump formation in the semolina.
As you continue to stir, you'll notice the mixture gradually cooking. allow it to simmer on medium flame for an additional 2-3 minutes.
