Wash the green moong lentils and brown rice together, and soak them in water for a few hours.
Grate the green zucchini and set it aside.
After soaking, drain the lentils and rice and grind them with green chilies, fresh ginger, and a pinch of asafoetida. the batter should have a slightly coarse texture.
Mix in salt to taste and set the batter aside for fermentation for about 4-6 hours or overnight.
Once the batter has fermented, preheat your oven to 375Êû≥f (190Êû≥c).
