To begin making the maple oat and banana muffins, preheat your oven to 175 degrees celsius (350 degrees fahrenheit). prepare muffin tins with liners.
In a bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, and vanilla extract. allow this mixture to sit for 10-15 minutes to let the oats absorb the liquid.

In a different bowl, whisk together melted unsalted butter, honey, and maple syrup until well combined.
