To prepare the thai style paneer and egg toast, start by grinding coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic, coriander seeds, black pepper, and white sesame seeds to form a coarse mixture.
Set aside one teaspoon of this mixture to mix into the egg. mix the remaining mixture into the crumbled paneer.
Beat the egg in a bowl and add the reserved masala mixture. mix well.
Cut the whole wheat bread slices diagonally to form two triangles.
Spread the paneer mixture on top of each bread slice.
