Start by marinating the tuna chunks. in a bowl, combine greek yogurt (curd), lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt. mix well.
Add the tuna chunks to the marinade and coat them evenly. cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
While the tuna is marinating, prepare the paneer and vegetable skewers. cut the cottage cheese (paneer) into cubes. dice the green and yellow capsicum into chunks, and cut the big onion into squares.
Remove the marinated tuna from the refrigerator and thread the marinated tuna chunks, paneer cubes, capsicum pieces, and onion squares alternately onto skewers.
Heat a grill pan or barbecue grill over medium-high heat. brush the skewers with a little sunflower oil.
