To make the spinach and moong dal cheela, start by soaking the yellow moong dal in water for about 3 to 4 hours.
After soaking, drain the water and grind the moong dal into a smooth batter, adding a little water if required.
Transfer the moong dal batter into a mixing bowl and add curd. mix well to combine.
In a blender, blend together spinach, green chilies, and ginger to form a smooth puree.
Add the spinach puree to the moong dal batter and mix until it is well incorporated.
