To prepare the spinach and chana dal delight, start by soaking the chana dal for some time.
In a pressure cooker, add the soaked chana dal, 3 cups of water, a pinch of turmeric powder, and some salt. cook until the dal is soft and tender. once done, turn off the gas and allow the pressure to release naturally.
After the pressure is released, open the cooker, add spinach leaves and some more salt. close the cooker and cook until one whistle comes.
Turn off the gas and release the pressure from the cooker.
In a pan, heat ghee. add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
