Begin by marinating the mutton with curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat sunflower oil and add bay leaves, black pepper, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, organic cinnamon, and mace. saute the spices until they release their aroma.

Add sliced onions and saute until they turn golden brown.

Now, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.

Add the marinated mutton to the pan and cook on medium heat until the meat is tender and well-cooked.
