How To Cook?

Heat oil in a large non-stick pan. add the prepared ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute until fragrant.

Pour in the fresh tomato puree and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Add the cubed potatoes to the pan and mix them well with the masala. add a little water, cover the pan with a lid, and cook over medium heat until the potatoes are tender.
