How To Cook?

In a bowl, combine the onions, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilies, kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pomegranate seeds, garam masala, semolina, and salt. mix well to make the filling.

Prepare a paste by mixing all-purpose flour (maida) with enough water to form a thick paste. this will be used to seal the samosas.

Take a samosa sheet and fold it into a cone shape, overlapping the edges to form a pocket.

Spoon the prepared filling into the cone, filling it about three-fourths full. press the edges together to seal the samosa.

Repeat the process with the remaining samosa sheets and filling to make more samosas.
