To prepare the spiced urad dal delight, start by cleaning the urad dal and washing it thoroughly.
Soak the urad dal in enough water for about 4-5 hours, then drain the water.
In a pressure cooker, add a little water and place the drained urad dal in a steamer pan.
Pour water over the urad dal and pressure cook for three whistles. allow the pressure to release naturally after cooking.
In a preheated pan, add ghee and let it become hot.
