To prepare the spiced arbi kebabs with almond crunch, gather all the required ingredients.
In a food processor, combine coriander leaves, almond meal, green chilli, ginger, and garlic. pulse the ingredients until a coarse mixture is formed.
Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl.
Add the cooked and mashed colocasia (arbi) to the bowl, along with onion, green cabbage, carom seeds, chaat masala, cumin powder, black pepper powder, organic cinnamon, and chickpea flour (besan). mix all the ingredients well to form a dough-like consistency. adjust salt and spices to suit your taste.
To shape the arbi kebabs, grease your palms and fingers with oil to prevent the sticky texture of colocasia. shape the kebab dough into circular discs and coat them with bread crumbs for a crunchy texture.
