How To Cook?

Heat or warm the water and add salt and oil. stir well.

Add the bajra flour to the water mixture and stir with a spoon until it forms a smooth dough.

If the dough becomes sticky, add more bajra flour. if it is too dry, add a little water.

Meanwhile, heat a tava or flat fry pan.

Divide the dough into medium-sized balls and dust them with bajra flour. you can use a ziplock bag for rolling the dough.
