To prepare homemade lemon paneer, take a heavy-bottomed pan and pour 3 liters of milk into it.
Turn the heat to high and bring the milk to a boil.
Once the milk starts boiling, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to it.
The milk will start to curdle, separating into cheese (chenna) and whey.
Turn off the heat and let the cheese rest in the whey for about 5 minutes.
