Start by preparing the multigrain handvo batter.
Rinse and soak brown rice, arhar dal, green moong dal, chana dal, and urad dal for 4-5 hours. drain the water.
Grind soaked rice and dal along with green chillies, ginger, and curd to a smooth batter.
Add turmeric powder and salt to the batter. mix well.
In a separate bowl, grate bottle gourd and add it to the batter. adjust consistency if needed.
