To prepare the nutritious finger millet veggie porridge, rinse the finger millet (ragi) in water and drain it.
In a saucepan, add 1 cup of water and the rinsed finger millet. bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan with a lid, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the finger millet is cooked and becomes soft.
In the meantime, finely chop the carrot slice, spinach, and fresh coriander leaves.
In a separate pan, dry roast the soybeans until they turn slightly golden and aromatic. allow them to cool and then coarsely grind them using a grinder or mortar and pestle.
