To prepare the kashmiri style chicken pulao, heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. once hot, add mace, cloves, and cinnamon stick. allow them to sizzle and release their aromas.
Add ginger and garlic to the cooker and saute for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
Add sliced onions and saute until they turn translucent.
In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and black pepper powder until well combined.
Reduce the heat and add the whisked yogurt mixture to the saute onions. mix well to combine.
