Start by washing and cleaning the chicken. marinate the chicken with black pepper powder, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, and ginger. allow it to marinate for about 30 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, cook the noodles. in a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil. reduce the heat to medium-high and add the noodles. cook for a couple of minutes until they are slightly softened but not overcooked.
Drain the excess water using a colander and rinse the noodles under running water to stop the cooking process. gently toss the noodles with a little cooking oil to prevent sticking.
In a wok or kadai, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until the chicken is fully cooked. remove the cooked chicken from the wok and set it aside.
In the same wok, add the remaining sesame oil and minced garlic. saut„© for 10 seconds.
