In a bowl or on a large plate, sieve the wheat flour (atta) along with the salt. alternatively, you can mix the flour and salt together.
Add oil and water in parts to the flour mixture.
Mix everything together and gather the mixture to begin kneading.
Knead the mixture until you achieve a smooth, soft, and supple dough. add water as needed. cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
After the resting time, divide the dough into small to medium-sized balls.
