To make bajri ki roti, sift the pearl millet flour (bajra), whole wheat flour, and salt into a deep mixing bowl.
Gradually knead the dough by adding lukewarm water, 1/4 cup at a time, until it forms a smooth ball.
The dough should have a similar consistency to that of makke ki roti.
Grease the dough with ghee, cover it with a muslin cloth, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
While the dough is resting, preheat a skillet or tava over medium heat.
