To prepare the ragi masala roti, gather all the required ingredients and keep them ready.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ragi flour, chopped onions, green chillies, dill leaves, coriander leaves, grated carrots, and salt.
Gradually add water little by little to the mixture and knead it to form a soft dough. continue kneading for about five minutes until the texture of the dough becomes softer.
Once the dough is ready, cover it and set it aside for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, divide the dough into equal portions.
