How To Cook?

To prepare the creamy palada payasam, start by slow boiling milk and 1/2 cup of sugar on a low flame until it reduces to less than half the quantity.

You can use a pressure cooker with the weight on and slow cook/boil the milk for about 60 minutes. this will give the milk a slightly pink color.

Cook the ada as per the instructions on the packet.

Once cooked, drain the ada and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Heat ghee in a pan.
