Drain the chickpeas, reserving 2 tablespoons of the liquid. transfer the chickpeas and the reserved liquid to a food processor.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. add the avocado to the food processor.

Add fresh cilantro, tahini, lemon juice, garlic clove, ground cumin, and salt to the food processor.

Puree the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture.
