Start by rinsing the mangoes and patting them dry with a clean kitchen towel. peel the mangoes and roughly chop them.

In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes and coconut milk. if desired, add sweeteners like raw sugar to adjust the sweetness according to your taste and considering the sweetness of the mangoes.

Optionally, add saffron strands for a delicate flavor and aroma. you can also experiment with other flavorings like ground cinnamon, cardamom powder, or vanilla extract if preferred. feel free to omit any flavorings if desired.

If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing and chilled shake. alternatively, you can add the ice cubes while serving the mango shake.

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
