Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius to begin making jamaican jerk chicken with coconut rice and peas.
Place the roasting pan with sunflower oil inside the oven and let it heat for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the pan from the oven and add the chicken drumsticks to it.
Place the pan back into the oven and roast the chicken for about 6-8 minutes until it turns brown on all sides.
