Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a large pot or kadai. add minced garlic, grated ginger, and finely chopped spring onions. saute until aromatic.

Add sliced carrots, chopped french beans, and diced bell pepper. stir-fry for a minute.

Include shredded cabbage, peas, and sweet corn. saute for a short while.

Pour in 4 cups of water and add 3/4 teaspoon of salt. mix well and cover the pot. allow the vegetables to boil for about 5 minutes or until they are cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of corn flour with 1/4 cup of water. mix well to ensure there are no lumps.
