To prepare the spicy noodle sizzler with roasted garlic sauce and baked veggies, start by cooking the noodles as per package instructions. drain and set them aside.
In a wok or heavy-bottomed pan, heat 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. add garlic, grated mango, and green cabbage. saute on high heat until the cabbage softens slightly.
Stir in soy sauce, red chili sauce, black pepper powder, and salt. toss in the cooked noodles and mix everything well. keep the noodles warm.
To make the roasted garlic sauce, remove the burnt skin from the red bell pepper and green chilli. deseed and roughly chop them.
Heat 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and saute garlic and onion briefly. add the chopped red bell pepper, green chilli, and a pinch of salt. cook until softened. cool the mixture and blend it into a smooth sauce, adding water if needed for a pouring consistency.
