Add the finely chopped red onion, ginger, and green chilies. saut„© until the onion turns translucent.
Add the grated sweet potato and crumbled paneer (cottage cheese) to the pan. stir-fry the mixture on medium heat until the sweet potato is tender.
Sprinkle the indian spice mix (garam masala) and chaat masala over the mixture. adjust the spice levels according to your preference.
