Wash the poha and strain it. set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, and curry leaves. saute for 30 seconds.
Add sliced onions and saute until they turn slightly brown.
Add the potato and peas, and saute for 1 minute.
Add the poha to the pan, mix well, and cook for 1 minute.
