To prepare the south indian lady's finger & raw banana curry, soak brown rice and arhar dal in water for about 30 minutes.

In a mixer grinder, grind the soaked brown rice and arhar dal together into a smooth paste. keep this batter aside.

Rinse the ladies' finger and raw banana, and cut them into small pieces.

In a pan, heat one teaspoon of sunflower oil and add the chopped ladies' finger. saute them until they are partially cooked.

In another pan, heat one teaspoon of sunflower oil and add the chopped raw banana pieces. saute them until they are partially cooked as well.
