Fermentation: allow the batter to rest for 4 to 6 hours for fermentation. this step is optional for this particular dish. if you choose to ferment, you can utilize the remaining batter to make dosas.
Adding semolina: after completing the grinding process, incorporate semolina (sooji) to the batter to achieve a thick consistency suitable for dipping the dry fruit balls.
