In a nonstick cooker, dry roast urad dal, toor dal, moong dal, chana dal, horse gram, quinoa, turmeric powder, cumin powder, cardamom pods, and cloves over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add enough water to cook the roasted ingredients, along with salt. cook for 8-10 whistles.
Once the whistles are done, turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a blender. blend until you achieve a smooth paste.
Dilute the paste with some water and simmer it on low heat for 1-2 minutes.
Check the consistency and adjust the salt if needed. turn off the heat.
