To prepare the creamy fennel potato curry, heat oil in a pressure cooker.

Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, and crushed fennel seeds. stir until the fennel seeds turn golden in color.

Now add the potatoes and mix them properly with the masala.

Saute for 2-3 minutes, then add enough water to cover the potatoes in the cooker.

Close the pressure cooker and cook for two whistles. once the pressure is released, open the lid.
