To prepare the banana jaggery appam, start by taking water and jaggery in a saucepan. boil the mixture until the jaggery completely dissolves.
Once the mixture comes to a rolling boil, turn off the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Mash the bananas using a fork until they are smooth and creamy.
Add the mashed bananas to the rice flour and mix them well.
Pour in the jaggery syrup, add a pinch of cardamom powder, and the baking soda. mix everything thoroughly to form a smooth batter.
