To begin making grated raw banana raita, first, pressure cook the raw banana for 2 whistles using a pressure cooker.

Once the raw banana is cooked, peel off the skin and grate it using a fine grater. set it aside.

In a large bowl, whisk the curd into a creamy consistency.

Add the grated raw banana, grated ginger, cumin powder, and salt to the curd. mix everything well.

Now, in a small tadka pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds and urad dal. let them crackle.
