Drain the whey from the paneer thoroughly and knead the paneer until it forms a smooth and soft dough-like consistency.
In a flat frying pan, add the paneer, petha, and cardamom. mix them together. turn the heat to low and cook the paneer mixture, continuously stirring and pressing it until the paneer starts coming together as a soft dough. this process should take approximately 4-5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and continue mixing the paneer as if you were kneading dough. this step is crucial as it ensures that the paneer is cooked enough to remove any rawness. be careful not to overcook the paneer, as it may become crumbly.
Once the heat is turned off, transfer the mixture to a plate and let it sit for about 5 minutes. then, divide the mixture into 12 equal parts or shape them into the desired size of ladoos (bliss balls). roll each portion between your palms to form round balls.
Garnish the paneer and petha bliss balls with crushed pistachio nuts, pressing them gently onto the surface of each ladoo.
