To prepare stuffed raw banana kebabs, start by removing the seeds from the dates and finely chopping them.
Finely chop the cashew nuts, ginger, green chilies, and dates. place them in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and set aside.
Boil the raw banana in a pot of water for about 15 minutes until they are soft. once done, let them cool, peel the skin, and grate the bananas onto a plate. set them aside.
In a pan over low heat, add a teaspoon of ghee. when it's warm, add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Add the finely chopped green chilies, ginger, and onions to the pan. saut„© until the onions turn brown.
