Wash the grated cabbage and strain it. add chopped coriander, minced onion, and garlic to the grated cabbage. mix well.
Add all the spices - chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, salt, and pepper powder to the cabbage mixture. mix thoroughly.
Gradually add corn flour and half of the semolina (sooji) to the mixture. mix well and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
Shape the mixture into round cutlets. shallow fry the cutlets until both sides turn golden brown.
The spiced cabbage cutlets are ready to be served!
